Ripaille’s Foundation

Thanks to Mrs Elizabeth Necker-Engel, Amedée VIII’s castle has, since 1976 been the headquarters of a state-approved foundation. The principal objectives of the Ripaille Foundation are to conserve, develop and highlight its artistic, historic and natural heritage. It is in this context that the Ripaille Foundation has welcomed exhibitions and concerts for many years, and more recently a book fair. The Foundation also organizes visits of the castle with professional guides.

Since 2006, the legal status of the Ripaille Foundation has permitted the collection of funds to support its work allowing supporters significant tax reductions.
